Two years ago a 5,000mAh battery was the standard and anything bigger was a niche brick. In September 2026 the market has lost its mind in the best possible way. Here are the battery kings you can actually buy today, at every budget.
Under Rs 20,000: Moto G86 Power
A 7,000mAh battery starting at Rs 18,999, with Motorola’s clean software on top. Charging is a modest 30W, so treat it as an overnight charger. For parents, field staff and anyone who just wants the phone to last and behave, this is the easiest pick of the year.
Around Rs 35,000: iQOO Z11 and Poco X8 Power
The iQOO Z11 at Rs 34,999 carries a 7,050mAh cell with iQOO’s performance-first tuning. The brand new Poco X8 Power goes further, a 10,000mAh battery with 100W charging, IP68 and IP69 ratings and a claimed 3.5 days of use. Poco says it, we will believe it after real world testing, but even a skeptical estimate puts it beyond two full days.
Above Rs 40,000: OnePlus Nord 6
A 9,000mAh battery under a gorgeous 165Hz AMOLED display. It is heavy at 217 grams and its price has climbed to around Rs 42,999 after this year’s memory cost hikes, but nothing else pairs a screen this good with stamina this long.
The honest note
Big batteries mean big phones. Every phone here is heavier than what you probably carry now. Hold one in a store before ordering, your wrist gets a vote too.
Comparisons between these monsters are coming in our Comparisons section. And tell us in the comments, which battery king would you pick, and what does your current phone’s battery survive till?
